2. Installation Gap Requirements

The handle thickness is approximately 1mm (~0.04 inches). Proper gaps are crucial for smooth operation:

For Single-Opening Doors: A minimum gap of 1.5mm-2mm (~0.06–0.08 inches) needs to be reserved.

For Double-Opening Doors (General): A minimum gap of 3mm-4mm (~0.12–0.16 inches) needs to be reserved.

Specific Double Door Handle Configurations:

Installing One Handle (on one side): Recommended gap is >1.3mm (>0.05 inches).
Installing Two Handles (one on each panel): Recommended gap is >3mm (>0.12 inches).

3. Easy Installation Options

This handle features a simple, surface-mount design; no grooving (mortising) into the door panel is required.
Option A (Screws): Includes self-tapping screws. No pre-drilling necessary.
Option B (Adhesive): Can also be installed using nail-free construction adhesive (adhesive sold separately).
