5-Year Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing VisitHardware. We are confident in the craftsmanship of our cabinet hardware. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase.

1. What Is Covered?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Specifically, we cover:

• Structural Integrity: Breakage or structural failure not caused by misuse or overloading.
• Functionality: Mechanical issues that prevent the hardware from functioning as intended (e.g., hinges not closing properly).
• Finish Defects: Peeling, flaking, or abnormal oxidation of the finish under normal indoor conditions.

2. What Is Not Covered?

To ensure fair use, this warranty does not cover:

• Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Natural aging of the product, including minor scratches, dents, or fading over time.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Damage resulting from repairs or alterations not authorized by VisitHardware.
• Harsh Environments: Damage caused by corrosive environments (e.g., excessive humidity, salt air, harsh chemicals, or solvents).

Note: Surface finishes may age naturally depending on the environment. Minor cosmetic variations are considered part of the product's character and are not manufacturing defects.

3. How to Request Warranty Service

If you encounter any issues covered under this warranty, please reach out to our dedicated support team. To ensure a quick resolution, please provide:

• Your Order Number (e.g., #VH1001).
• A brief description of the defect or issue.
• Clear photos showing the product and the specific problem area.

4. Additional Terms

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. If the issue is determined to be outside of warranty coverage, we may still offer repair or replacement options at an additional cost.
