Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. At VisitHardware, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
*Please note: Custom-ordered hardware, bulk commercial orders, and sale/clearance items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you must first contact us at support@visithardware.com. If your return is accepted, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization and RMA will strictly not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), VisitHardware will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement. For returns based on personal preference ("change of mind"), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees to our logistics center in China.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification.
5. Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
