We currently provide reliable shipping services to the following countries:

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) will begin processing the same business day.

Order Modification: You have a 6-hour window after placing your order to request changes or cancellation. Once the order enters the packing stage, we cannot guarantee changes.

3. Shipping Origin

To ensure the best availability and pricing, your order will be shipped directly from our primary distribution center in Hangzhou, China. We work with premium logistics partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery to your doorstep.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

We calculate your delivery date based on the following formula:

Estimated Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Transit Time: 5 – 15 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6 – 18 business days.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

No Hidden Costs: We handle all import duties and taxes upfront for our customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no surprise charges upon delivery. We manage the entire customs clearance process to ensure your package arrives smoothly.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date at support@visithardware.com with photos of the condition. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
